Procedure:
1. Marination:

In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste,
red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt.

Add the mutton pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is
well-coated.

Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 2-3 hours, or
overnight in the refrigerator for better results.
2. Cooking the Qorma:

Heat oil or ghee in a large, heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat.

Add ginger paste and garlic paste, and sauté until the raw smell
