CHICKEN BIRYANI INGREDIENTS:

  •         Chicken meat one kg
  •         Onions two (cut into slices) 
  •          Garlic, ginger paste two teaspoons 
  •          Hot spice powder one teaspoon
  •          Chopped red chilies one teaspoon
  •          Lemon juice two teaspoons 
  •          Cardamoms three teaspoons
  •          Oil one cup
  •          Yogurt cups (mix green chutney)
  •          Butter as required
  •          Curds one cup (mix red chutney)
  •          Curds one cup (mix yellow color)
  •          Potatoes two (cut round and Fry)
  •          Eggs 4-5
  •          Tomatoes two 
  •          Rice (boiled) 2 cups
  •          Salts to taste
Preparation Recipe (Step by Step Instructions)

1. Fry the onion in hot oil

2. Add meat, cardamom and garlic, ginger paste and fry

3. Add salt and chopped chilies and fry add water and cook the meat

4. When the meat melts, add lemon juice and hot spice powder

5. Brush a little butter in a baking dish and arrange the tomatoes, egg slices, meatballs, and green chilies in      it.

6. Now add the rice

7. Then green chutney curd, now white rice followed by yellow, curd, and lastly add curd with red chutney          and spread it, and then beat 2 eggs and put it on the rice.

8. Cover with foil paper and bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes

9. Garnish and serve
